Shipping Information

Please consult individual listings for shipping information, as parcel size ultimately determines how an item will be shipped. 


All items are insured against loss or damage in transit, and great care is taken when packaging to safeguard against breakage. In the rare event that your order does arrive damaged, please photograph the inside and outside of the box and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes.  Please contact me within five days of the arrival of your package for instructions.



Orders for custom items may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned.  Please take care to confirm all the details of your order prior to purchase, as the building process begins upon initial payment.

For stock items, I will accept returns provided they are initiated within 7 days of delivery.  Costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer, and buyers must contact me for authorization before attempting to return a purchase. A refund will be issued only after the purchased item has been returned unused and in good, saleable condition. Please send in original packaging, as returns cannot be accepted if improper packaging causes damage to goods during return transit.
